High on the Hog Festival is organized by the Franklin County Kiwanis.  Since it's beginning in 1999, the Franklin County Kiwanis has made great strides in their efforts to make a difference in the lives of children in Franklin County.

Proceeds raised by this Festival are used to improve our community and help local programs such as Click It or Ticket which provides car seats for those who cannot afford to purchase them and $4,000.00 in scholarships for Franklin County students.  Children are priority one with the Kiwanis.

Franklin County Kiwanis meet the 2nd Tuesday at 6 PM and 4th Tuesday at Noon each month at the China City Restaurant. Visitors are welcome!
